Please join AIGA at our annual Leadership Breakfast
The AIGA Leadership breakfast is an annual invite-only event where we invite Designer presidents, Creative Directors, and design leaders in our community to have breakfast while spending time catching up with each other. In addition to our normal programming, this intimate event will be extra awesome because we will be doing a fireside chat with special guest Paula Scher.
Paula Scher is one of the most influential graphic designers in the world. Described as the “master conjurer of the instantly familiar,” Scher straddles the line between pop culture and fine art in her work. Iconic, smart, and accessible, her images have entered into the American vernacular.
Due to the size limitations of this event, if you did not receive an invite but are interested in attending, please fill out the waitlist form here. We will notify you if space becomes available.

I Lead Three Lives, Lecture with Paula Scher
October 9th, 5:30 PM, Eskenazi Hall
In partnership with Herron School of Art + Design, Paula will be speaking the night before on October 9th at Eskenazi Hall, with her talk titled ” I lead Three Lives.” In “I Lead Three Lives,” Paula Scher discusses the discoveries she has made by being a graphic designer, an environmental designer, and a painter all at the same time. This presentation demonstrates how one design discipline informs another, and how painting serves as an antidote to both.
