Dae Kwon

Dae is an accomplished problem solver and storyteller with over a decade of experience in design. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the University of Washington in 2013 and has since been honing his skills in designing and manufacturing consumer and medical products for corporations, consultancies, and startups. Currently, Dae holds the position of Principal Industrial Designer at Lilly, where he focuses on developing drug delivery devices with a human-centered design approach. Dae and his beautiful family reside in Carmel, Indiana.

Jes Nijer

Jes Nijjer is an Indianapolis based natural light photographer specializing in food and portraiture. Through her work she strives to highlight personality as much as appearance. Her pieces often play with soft light and stark shadows, underlining dualities of human nature.

Shantanu Suman

Shantanu Suman is a creative professional with over nineteen years of diverse experience. He has held various roles throughout his career, including Creative Director, documentary filmmaker, small business owner, and educator. Over the years, Shantanu has collaborated with many clients, from small startups to renowned global brands such as Kohler Co., The Wing Luke Museum, Frost Museum, and Wired Magazine.

His advertising work has earned him several accolades, including the Cannes Silver Lion, D&AD in-book, Clio bronze, and Asia Pacific Adfest awards. Furthermore, his design projects have been recognized by esteemed publications such as Uneven Growth – Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Communication Arts Design/Advertising/Typography Annuals, Type Director’s Club, Graphic Design USA, Print Magazine, LogoLounge, CNN Travel, Designboom, and Creative Review. Since establishing himself in the United States, Shantanu has drawn inspiration from his Indian heritage, incorporating Hindi typography into his work to make the Devanagari script influential and relevant in today’s design landscape.

In 2016, Shantanu joined Ball State University as an educator, where he currently works as an Associate Professor of Graphic Design.

Ashley Nora

In 2012, Ashley graduated with a degree from Anderson University and started her career as a Chemist. In 2019, she made the bold decision to leave her career in science to pursue art full-time. Ashley captures real moments of human interaction through portraiture using multiple mediums to express different ideas. Ashley travels the world and creates public art for people in every economic and social background to experience. Ashley believes that impact is more important than income, and her desire is to impact communities through her gift and inspire others to follow their dreams and do the same.

Jeremy Sallee

Jeremy Sallee is the Head of Design, Footwear and Apparel at PUMA, and founder of his own clothing brand Freeman Platt.

Sallee has been with PUMA since 2019. He has worked his way up the ranks, holding various design roles, including Senior Designer and Creative Director, before assuming his current position. Sallee has played a key role in shaping PUMA’s design direction and has been credited with creating some of the brand’s most iconic products, such as RS-Dreamer, MB .02, and Stewie.

Before joining PUMA, Sallee worked for several other footwear and fashion companies, including Reebok and Ralph Lauren. He attended University of Akron and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in fashion design, graphic design, and business.

Originally from Indiana, Sallee grew up in Ohio and has traveled extensively. He moved back to Indianapolis during the pandemic and made his home here with his wife and young son.
