Until recently attempts to make a truly cross platform framework have fallen short. Frameworks like PhoneGap, Cordova, and Ionic have never given us a truly cross platform solution or a great user experience. In the recent years two frameworks have emerged to do battle for the true cross platform framework winner, Xamarin (C#) and React Native (Javascript). These have finally given developers the ability to create cross platform apps with a native experience and the speed of write once, deliver everywhere.
