Alicia Maxey

- Product Designer, Kroger Technology & Digital

Alicia is an ex-perfectionist Designer with nine years of experience in the Higher Education and Retail industries. She graduated from Indiana University with a B.A in Journalism and a minor in Human-Centered Computing.

While she has spent the entirety of her career translating human interactions into workflows and pixels, she leverages her communication skills on a daily basis ensuring complex processes are broken down into accessible and straightforward artifacts.

She currently works at The Kroger company, as a Product Designer in the Associate and Operations Experience division, and is an avid user of the upside down emoji in Microsoft teams.
