SPEAKER SERIES: Sara Frisk

Don't miss Sara Frisk's at the AIGA DEC MAKE Conference!

Sara believes in serendipitous connections and strives to see the people around her succeed. And as a consummate provocateur, she believes that everything—everything—can be made better through design. This belief has fueled her career from Pentagram to IDEO to Salesforce.

Sara joined Salesforce in 2015 to combine her background in human-centered design with the power of data, inspired by the opportunity for enterprise impact. Here she is thrilled to have found her people—a nimble and multi-disciplinary powerhouse called Ignite, an internal team deemed by Forbes as "Salesforce’s secret weapon."

From the launch of her career at Pentagram in New York, Sara spent the last 20 years evolving her deep and diverse expertise in design thinking, experience design, communication design, brand strategy and human-centered research. She spent nine years at IDEO Chicago building the communication design discipline from the ground up, before shifting to guide a portfolio of work across digital and physical environments focused on integrated and delightful customer experiences. Prior to Salesforce, she served as the President of AIGA Chicago, the Chief Creative Officer of a predictive analytics startup, a Brand Strategist for Celebrities, and is honored to currently serve on AIGA's National Board of Directors.
